Saffire Bouchelion Nia InstructorThe Nia Technique (Nia) is a body-mind-emotion-spirit fitness and lifestyle practice that uses expressive movement to create wellness throughou
t the whole being. It is cardiovascular for the physical body and cleansing for the soul. Through conscious movement, Nia reminds us that pleasure is a choice the body prefers and is an act of self-love. By being present in the body Now, Nia cultivates the joy of movement which naturally leads to self-healing, a key ingredient in holistic fitness.

Nia Intensive Training:
Completion of four belt levels—White, Blue, Brown, and Black—and a yearlong guided self-study program between each of the belts. Each belt consists of 13 principles that deal with the realms of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I have been practicing Nia since 1992. Please contact me directly for Training Dates
